I am a fully accredited CBT Therapist with BABCP and have 15 years experience working specifically in CBT. I offer both 1:1 and group supervision to qualified professionals and trainee therapists. Supervision sessions are delivered mostly remote via Teams video, but face-to-face is also an option.
I have experience of supervising trainee CBT/HI Therapists at the University of Birmingham, Coventry University and University of Derby, so I’m aware of the supervisor responsibilities and paperwork processes required as part of the course. I also provide group Clinical Skills Supervision to trainee and qualified EMHP’s and PWP’s, enabling facilitation of learning.
My aim as a supervisor is to offer a safe space in which to gain knowledge and guidance, but also time for reflection personally and professionally, to promote confidence and growth.
